Semi Tubular Solid Rivets

Semi Tubular Rivets can be used to join two or more pre-drilled or pre-punched components. The high shear strength of solid rivet with easy clinching on setting machines or tools makes this fastener so versatile. Each rivet is coated with an exclusive wax to insure a smooth rollover and clinch. It’s one of the lowest costing fasteners, which can be used with most materials for many purposes. Eleven body diameters (1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 9/64”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 7/32”, 1/4”, 9/32”, 5/16”, or 3/8”) are available with head types including oval/truss head, deep hole, break lining, shoulder rivet, collar rivet, oval self-piercing, electrical contact (Bi-metal or Tri-Metal rivets), or split (bifurcated) head. Each size is available in multiple grip ranges. Solid body rivets are composed of either carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or brass, and can be plated with zinc, nickel, ZNFE, ZNNI, copper flash, or brass. The length of the shank can range from 1/8” to 3”. Be sure to include a clinch allowance to your total material thickness when considering the length of the shank; this allows the rivet to clinch properly and ensures the best possible fit.
